Processing

Orders are picked and packed in the order they arrive. You get an email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. The link is in your dispatch email and in your orders.

Wrong address

If an address is wrong, contact us before the parcel ships and we will fix it. After dispatch it is with the carrier.

Damaged or missing

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, get in touch through the contact page with your order number and we will sort it.

Approved content required

Final published shipping terms — carriers, delivery windows, rate bands, free-shipping thresholds and which countries are served — must come from you. No timeframes or prices are invented here.
