Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in their original condition. Faulty goods are always covered regardless of condition.

How to start

Contact us through the contact page with your order number and what you would like to do. You will get return instructions back.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, say which one you want when you start the return and we will hold it where stock allows.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is received and checked. Your bank sets how quickly it appears.

Faulty items

Send a photo with your order number. A fault is a fault — you will not be asked to argue about it.

Approved content required

Final published returns terms — the return window in days, who pays return postage, and the return address — must come from you. No deadlines or costs are invented here.
